Poppy Red Tulip Earrings (short)

A shorter version of my tulip earrings, these are made of sterling silver, copper, and pigmented epoxy resin. A tulip shape is sawed from copper sheet, formed, and painted with 4 layers of pigmented epoxy resin. This is soldered to a sterling silver "stem" with individually balled sterling silver wire. Oxidized and finished with sandpaper.
